I fail at making creatures look evil or mad...
Anyway, a gift/prize sketchy for my friend ~The-Nerotic-Muse who caught my 10K pageview thingum. Because I don't get an excuse to give her gifts often enough >.>
Anywho, she asked me to draw Gwulf, a rather nasty xenophobic malnourished scarred dire wolf. So this was my attempt at a 'mean' looking wolf.

I like it. It seems scruffy somehow, the fur seems to have been ruffled and made wirey by sweat and dust. As always, your perspective is lovely and I do adore the face, especially the muzzle wrinkles and eyes. Wonderful job, I think you pulled it off really well.
